At Google Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Google Account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a digital return request.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
